Mayada Mohamed is a dedicated and experienced professional committed to promoting peace and sustainable development in Sudan. She collaborates with a range of organizations working to end conflict and build a more hopeful and prosperous future for the country.

Mayada’s extensive career includes significant experience with USAID’s Sudan mission, where she worked from April 2021 to September 2024 as a Management Assistant in the Executive Office. In that role, she played a pivotal part in supporting executive operations and ensuring efficient management processes. Prior to her tenure at USAID, she was employed at the U.S. Embassy in Sudan, where she worked in the Information Resource and Management Office as a Mailroom Operator. Her early career also includes experience as a reservation and ticket agent at NOVA Airlines, where she developed strong customer service and organizational skills.

Mayada holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Management, from the International University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her educational background, combined with her professional experience, underscores her commitment to fostering effective management and contributing meaningfully to Sudan’s progress.
